With fitness comes nutrition. As many have heard the saying, "Abs are made in the kitchen."  It's true, you can not out train a bad diet. For the best results, fitness and nutrition go hand in hand.  I will provide you with two different nutrition plans to choose from.  Both of which do not eliminate any food groups. You will still be able to eat carbs.

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

A. Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have knowledgeable online coaches teaching you right from the start with a scheduled workout program!
